Recycle bin problem within Windows Xp?

My problem is as follows: I delete files to the recycle bin, afterwards when I go to the recycle it dosnot show within the Recycle bin. i have allready uncheck the " Remove report immediatly when delete" Option in the properties. pls minister to

After unchecking "Remove file immediatly when delete" Option within the properties, your system may need a restart. Try it.
this is because recycle bin is a system folder
IF YOU WANT TO DELETE THE FILES FOREVER YOU HAVE TO PRESS "SHIFT DEL." IF YOU WANT CHECK THIS FILE WHICH YOU DIDN'T FIND THEN GO "CONTROL PANEL" AND GO TO "ADD OR REMOVE"AND ADD OR REMOVE,ITS YOUR WISH.

unequivocal your recyclebin right click on the free space click properties& set size of bin 50% .Then click ok
