still can not find volume contol panel try every everyone said too do?

click start, explore, type in vol, press enter.

that'll find the volume control for you.
On XP you stir:



Start->Control Panel->Sounds and Audio Devices



In the middle of the panel you'll see a Device volume section. There's slider which you can transfer there or click on Advanced and there's a more comprehensive panel to try.



If you want you volume to appear at the bottom right of the blind, tick the box that says Place volume deity on the taskbar.
