Someone give me a TIKO computer for Easter - elderly, but working, but slowly loading background.?

The previous owner is away for a few days, so could someone please explain the RESET and TURBO buttons. (POWER on and past its sell-by date is understood!)

Someone give me a TIKO computer for Easter - elderly, but working, but slowly loading background.?

Reset exercises the soft reset function on the processor

Turbo doubles the internal clock multiplier, thus doubling the core clock speed - this will increase the amount of work the computer can draw from done in a specified amount of time, but not by much
It's be forever since I saw computers with a Turbo button.

Anyhow, on some VERY frail high call a halt 386/486 processor computers, they used to include a switch that would step up the processing speed by soft-overclocking the processor. One would suppose that it would provide better performance, but I doubt you'll really become aware of.

The performance difference should be between paint drying and a snail crawling.
1984 Anyway the turbo button be cool!
The reset button should restart the computer. The Turbo is for a little boost of processor power but probably not adequate to notice.
Clear hoary fifes from it music or anything downloaded to it
