Will I be capable of run the game even for its minimum settings near:
P4 2.8ghz intel, Ati radeon 7500 32mb, 512mb DDR. i know for a fact that it say it needs 64mb of GPU but will I even be capable of play it at lowest settings. thanks

You stipulation a better video card.
it might run, but if it does, you'll see parts of the virtual world missing. the textures use video memory heavily, and if you don't own enough video memory, it cannot store them, and so it doesn't show up. i've tried this with another winter sport and the game run but i couldn't see anything other than my role and few other things.
