should i buy a Sony Vaio PCV-W10 for $300?

currently i hold a Dell dimension 2400 and i remembering looking at the sony vaio pcv-w10 about 2 years ago. i am not a gamer. anyway, i dont know much nearly what computers are good so can you guys please look over the specs and update me if this is a good deal for $300 and if i should buy it?

That system is pretty outdated and I haven't heard that the celeron processor is the best.
