Skdaemon running on computer?

I come across to have skdaemon other running on my computer. What is this. Do I need it and is it precarious to my computer.

Skdaemon running on computer?

search for it surrounded by the microsoft support forum..that may help. It does nouns like a daemon tool process though. Do you own daemon tools (virtual drive creator).
http://www.file.net/process/skdaemon.exe...

that explains it for the most factor it's a multi-function keyboard driver but some malware camouflage themselves as Skdaemon.exe so check it out run some virus stuff or find the report in the system32 profile and scan it.
skdaemon.exe is located in any C:\WINDOWS\System32 or C:\WINDOWS. It allows the use of programmable keys on mulimedia keyboards. It isn't a profile windows wishes, but deleting it could transfer the way some of your programs work.

To stop it from running when window starts follow these instructions:

1. Click the start button

2. Click Run

3. Type (without quotes) regedit

4. Open in this order- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Software, Microsoft, Windows, CurrentVersion.

5. Click the folder god next to run This is a schedule of programs that start with window, most of which you should recognise from the group of icons at the lower right of your blind.

6. If you don't see Skdaemon right away, scroll to the right of the window and underneath data look for any

C:\WINDOWS\System32\Skdaemon.e...

or C:\WINDOWS\Skdaemon.exe

7. When you find it you can just delete it by right-clicking and select delete.
