I enjoy a Dell Dimension 4550 with the following:



Microsoft Windows XP SP2

Intel Pentium 4

CPU 2.53GHz

256 RAM

NVIDIA GeForce 4 MX 420



Would this come across the pc requirements for Sim City 4 ?

The above answer is wrong. You hold a good domestic device and you should be able to play. You might reflect about increasing your RAM though.
