Should I buy an exterior Hard Drive?

My 5 year ancient computer has single 40 GB, and it gives me written warning that there is no more room on the firm drive. If I buy an external hard drive (Stapels Business Depot surrounded by Toronto offers a160 GB HYBRID DRIVE next to PushBottn back-up for $100.-) would that get me out of trouble, and is the tranfer of Data from the Computer to the external Hybrid Drive something an elderly guy with predetermined computer-knowledge could handle?

i right to be heard go for it...sure that 160 GB will plenty and more than adequate if you dont do an outstanding amount of work on it. i would just receive sure that ur computer, being 5 years ripened, can handle this newer hardware and also craft sure that ur computer can handle the anything connection cable it take. (most likely a USB 2.0 cable)
