If they be on your C drive ... sadly NO.

Curious ... who is this "someone" that would do that to "your" computer ?

Chances are slim.

If you REALLY need to receive at the files, you can purchase a program like Undelete from Diskeeper, which will find any files that own been delete recently. It will one and only reliably find files if there hasn't be any disk activity, so if you've be browsing the internet with the apparatus that got restored, after you're pretty well out of luck.
Try these:

Undelete (free trial)

Drive Discovery 2.34 (free for 30 days)

Analyze the hard disk to see what files and facts can be recovered, see inside deleted files and panorama deleted descriptions.

Recuva - File Recovery

You might have gotten a computer virus. If it's still on your frozen drive, it can be recovered but it will cost.

So sorry for your situation.
