IS THERE ANY KIND OF SOFTWARE TO REPAIR COMPUTER HARD DISK, WITHOUT OPENING THE DISK ITSELF ?

What's wrong next to your hard drive, I don't know of which software you're discussion about? Oh and if you unambiguous your hard drive next it'll be PERMANENTLY damaged.
If your Windows OS is still up and running, "chkdsk /r" will attempt to detect fruitless sectors so they're impracticable in adjectives.
