All of my music and video files are file screetching noises. All other noise are whimperring, only commotion that came out average are the window boot up and shutdown. I am using frail speaker, just wondering that could be the factor. I hold tried uninstall Soundmax, and wthe window will replace next to another HD Audio driver upon upon booting. The same outcome in the conclude.

So what should I do?

Recently installed a current mobo Asus M2NPV-VM, problem beside the audio.?

You could try here: http://support.asus.com/troubleshooting/...

This is the FAQ and download location for Asus. The FAQ doesn't address the issue, but the download section will at tiniest give you the most up-to-date drivers.
Go to www.asus.com and locate the necessary audio drivers for that motherboard. It would not hurt to also download other updates such as the BIOS. It could be something wrong next to the on-board audio that I presume you are using.

Another option would be to consider purchasing a nouns card from creative and speakers to go next to it. Nowadays you can purchase a good nouns card for under $100, which surrounded by my opinion is pretty cheap.
