Remove the side panel of the case. Unscrew the drive and unplug adjectives the cables. Push from the rear straight forward. Or you might have a screwless bag, in which in that should be a couple of brackets that you can pinch together in the front (remove front of covering to see) then slide the drive out.

You may not treat this as a good answer, but if you find it difficult to remove the drive, call for the Dell Tech Support team and giving them your e-mail address, ask them to communication you the steps on how to pull the drive out, along beside diagrams depicting the same.
In-fact, Dimension desktops don't use screw. Some don't even have clips. They are in recent times placed in in that firmly. If you are finding it difficult to pull it out, it must be stuck nearby due to dust.
Disconnect the cables and move the drive for a while to the right and then a short time to the left and consequently try to pull.
